知道這個團
是第一次跟小淘氣見面時
他強力推薦我聽的
但一直到前天 我才跟他借了CD來聽

其實我開車時喜歡聽我會唱的歌
而不喜歡新入手的CD
因為跟著唱很HIGH 比較不會打瞌睡

但Tizzy Bac卻讓我從新莊聽到九份
在半夜兩點
甚至在高速公路上我還忍不住喵了幾眼歌詞

Tizzy Bac
一個以鋼琴搖滾為曲風走向的創作樂團
2002年海洋音樂大賞的得主
不同於一般樂團的組合
主唱(鍵盤)+貝斯+鼓=unbelievable

主唱惠婷的聲音
帶點美聲唱法 我覺得唱腔跟順子有點像
聲音當然不同 但共鳴點很接近
有一點點復古 有一點點貴族
我不知道怎麼形容 但這是我聽到時的感動

歌詞往往不是吸引我聽歌的一部分
通常我會先聽旋律 再去注意歌詞
因為我覺得一首好的歌
應該是光用哼的就會讓人覺得~~~哇~~~(讚嘆狀)
好的歌詞有加分效果 但不會是一首歌的主軸

聽Tizzy Bac的歌
卻讓我不自覺的去翻閱手上的歌詞本
不是因為她像周董一樣講話走"臭奶呆"風格
而是因為歌詞很淺簡易董
但卻又這麼的貼近你我
會讓你會心一笑或是心有戚戚焉啊...


我不知道bass和drums的表現如何
畢竟我只是個學鍵盤的
但小淘氣他是彈bass的
他覺得很不錯
我想 這個團很值得推薦給大家

Mp3的隱憂

音樂格式霸主mp3自1991年被德國研究機構Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft發明和標準化完成後，幾乎完全主導了電腦的音樂格式長達10年。除了大幅減少的儲存音頻數據的容量這項優勢，mp3空前的流行一般被認為有他特殊的歷史背景在，依照目前幾乎所有的用戶端軟硬體對mp3支援的盛況，其他任何音樂格式想要在一定的時間內取代mp3是不太可能的。

然而mp3在流行優勢上(非指音樂格式的優點)並非那麼無懈可擊，因為mp3有很嚴重的專利問題。目前Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft委託Thomson代為處理專利授權相關事宜，光是權利金的部分就足以讓許多資金不足的業主望之退步。

除了高額的權利金，飛利浦所委託的智權管理公司Sisvel S.p.A.也曾控告Thomson侵害他們的mp3專利，最後兩邊達成和解。這麼一來，也就代表Thomson並非唯一擁有mp3專利的公司，任何一家需要使用到mp3編解碼產品的公司會不清楚權利金究竟需要繳給誰？只繳給其中一家會不會有其他的法律問題？我曾寫信給這兩家管理公司，不過對於這個問題他們並未正面回覆。也就是說，目前mp3的專利問題並非一個十分清楚的狀態。

光是Thomson和Sisvel S.p.A的爭端已經夠複雜，近日微軟又遭阿爾卡特朗訊(Alcatel-Lucent)公司控告侵害他們的mp3專利，求償15億美元，如果此項判決確定，則mp3的專利狀況將會更加模糊，即便有意願尋求合法的管道取得mp3專利的授權，也將面臨可能一隻羊被扒三次皮的窘境。

一個研究單位Xiph.Org爲了解決這個問題，已經開發出一套新的開放式音訊編解碼格式Ogg Vorbis，雖然和mp3在流行的程度上仍然無法比較，但開放式音訊的特性迅速吸引許多遊戲開發者使用，這樣的情形說明了當有更好的開放式格式被發明出後，mp3是否還能獨霸一方是個大問號。

除了權利金問題，mp3的傳輸便利一直是把兩面刃，對使用者來說亦於傳輸是好的，對音樂公司來說易於傳輸則等於容易被盜版。儘管一直以來，包括iPod在內的網路音樂通路都是採用DRM的方式保護音樂檔案的非法重製，儘管不斷遭到破解，但仍具有相當的效果。但前陣子挪威法院首先判決頻果不應該販賣iPod以外的mp3 player無法撥放的音樂格式，侵害了購買音樂消費者的權利，法界人士估計歐洲各國會跟進這項判決。在這之後，mp3音樂將要怎麼作來防止盜版，也是一個大問號？亦或是mp3格式會被放棄掉，也並非不可能的事情。

雖然在專利問題上，Thomson的mp3專利將在2010年到期，但隨著mp3格式也不斷的被改進，難保不會有更新的專利問題，Alcatel-Lucent v. Microsoft就是一個很好的例證，所以2010年是否將成為mp3的大解放，真的很難說。即便mp3是真的解放，在音樂公司對mp3又愛又恨的心態以及挪威至關重要的判決影響之下，有沒有可能被壯士斷腕的放棄使用，我們也可以拭目以待。
